Welcome to Advisiahub.com, a platform tailored to provide you consulting and advice to get your dream job. The website’s functionalities and features are completely determined by Advisiahub and are allowed to terminate or change at any time, for any of the reason as well as without notice.

Note: To use our services, 18 years of age is a must to be legally able to work with a contract!

This Agreement contains all conditions and terms which are applicable to all the users of this website. So read it carefully to make sure you are agreeing with all of our terms and conditions. Being an Advisee, you are also agreeing to the terms of Advisiahub Privacy Policy that is integrated into this Agreement.

Definition of Service

It a platform to help Advisees locate an Advisee as well as ask for services or advice. This site will allow Advisee to communicate freely with the Advisees. This communication might or might not charge by the Advisee. Advisiahub makes no warranty or representation on:

Ability of any Advisee to give advice
Advisor will find the advice given by an Advisee satisfactory

Advisor’s advice will otherwise be suitable to the Advisees requirement

Advisiahub does not endorse, refer, recommend, evaluate, guarantee or verify any advice, information or any other service provided by Advisors. Advisees won’t consider anything to be a referral, recommendation, guarantee or endorsement by Advisiahub of an Advisor’s advice, information or any other services.

Advisiahub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, validity, safety, applicability or quality of the content on the website or anything written or spoken by its Advisors including an Advisor’s listing. Advisiahub will not be liable for any type of damages sustained owing to reliance by Advisee on information provided by Advisee. The advice provided by our advisors is only for informational purposes and cannot be considered as an alternative to professional advice.

The Advisee hereby agrees and releases to hold harmless Advisiahub, shareholders, its directions, officers, managers, members, employees, advisors, agents, successors, consultants and assigns from any as well as all causes of action, claims of nature and damages resulting from the Advisees advice accessed via the content and site.

Disclaimer of Limitation & Warranty of Liability

The Advisee agrees and acknowledges that the Advisiahub.com service is clean and straightforward. Therefore the Advisee won’t have any demand or claim vis-à-vis Advisiahub in respect to our advisees, properties, compatibility or limitations with the Advisee’s requirement. The use of our service is the Advisee’s sole risk. To the complete extent of the law, Advisiahub expressly disclaims all the warranties of any kind, implied or express, including but not limited to, non-infringement, warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or security.

We expressly disclaim all warranties for information posted by advisees. If an Advisee decides to trust information provided by an advisee, then the Advisee should exercise an exceptional standard of care. The Advisee shall not have any claim with regard to Advisiahub, its affiliates, officers, directors, members, shareholders, managers, sub-contractors, employees and agents in respect to any advice or service the Advisee decides to get.

In any case of regarding any type of transaction conducted via care Advisiahub erdaddys.com, the Advisee hereby ease Advisiahub, its affiliates, their respective directors, officers, members, shareholders, employees, managers, agents and sub-contractors from all actions manners, demands or claims as well as from losses (indirect, direct, consequential or incidental), damages, expenses, including, without any limitation, attorneys fees and court costs, which the Advisee might have against all of the above.

Advisee’s Manner

You declare and warrant that while you are using AdvisaHub.com you will agree and act according to below-mentioned rules.
Advisee won’t make any type of arrangements outside of the Advisiahub platform to have a paid relation or any sort of contact with the Advisees contacted via Advisiahub.com without any written consent from Advisiahub or its agents.
Advisiahub is not involved in any type of transactions between Advisee and Advisor. Advisiahub does not verify or control the quality, accuracy or relevance of advice, whether the Advisor is well qualified to offer the certain advice, whether he is categorized accurately or inappropriate category to provide the advice required by the Advisee, postings accuracy on the Site or any transmissions via it by Advisees or Advisors.
Advisee agrees that any type of content and information that she or he posts, receives or transmits through Advisiahub will not be considered as confidential. The Advisee grants Advisiahub.com an unlimited, reproduce, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, copy, edit, transmit, publicly perform, communicate or create derivative works, to the public any content or information on a worldwide basis.
Advisee consents to Advisiahub collecting as well as processing any personal information, as per the terms of Advisiahub Privacy Policy.
All interactions between the Advisee and Advisor will be billed via Advisiahub regardless of if the interaction is offline or online. The Advisee agrees to stand for by the terms of pricing agreed upon with the Advisee while utilizing Advisiahub.com and to pay Advisiahub all services provided to Advisee by Advisors
The Advisee won’t take any actions that may dispute, undermine, or manipulate his/her feedback integrity on the Site.
The Advisee won’t interfere with Advisiahub servers or networks which are connected to the Website.
Advisee won’t attempt to gain any unauthorized access to any other computer systems or connected networks to the Website.
Advisee won’t transmit via the site any harassing, unlawful, privacy invading, libelous, abusive, threatening, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, harmful, racist or objectionable material of any type.
Advisee won’t breach or disobey this Agreement or any applicable instructions conveyed by Advisiahub.
Advisee won’t violate any applicable national, international local or state law, ordinance, statute, rule, regulation or any ethical code.
Advisee won’t upload, e-mail, post, transmit or any otherwise make available: (A) any information that infringes upon a third party right, intellectual property rights especially; (B) any of the third party advertisements, including the banner exchange services; (C) any type of software viruses, Worms, Trojan horses or any malicious application; or (D) any material or information that may constitute or encourage the conduct which is a criminal offense, civil wrong or that otherwise violates any sort of applicable law.
Advisiahub enables the transfer of files between the Advisors and Advisees. Opening any type of files is at the only risk of an Advisee. It is the Advisee’s responsibility to scan these files with an anti-virus software application early to opening them. Advisiahub is not responsible for any type of computer viruses, malicious software or another sort of damage resulting from the opening such files.
Advisee won’t threaten, harass or stalk other Advisors or Advisees to break the privacy.

The International Users

Advisiahub makes no claim that the site’s content is appropriate or might be downloaded outside the UK. If you access the Website from a location outside the UK, you will do it at your own risk as well as are responsible for the compliance with your jurisdiction law regarding the online conduct as well as acceptable content.

Modifications & termination of Advisiahub.com

Advisiahub, in its only discretion and for any of reason, terminate the Advisee’s participation in its website as well as refuse any current or future use by its Advisee.

Indemnification

Advisee shall indemnify, hold and defend harmless Advisiahub and its managers, members, representatives, employees, affiliates and agents against any losses, suits, damages, judgments, costs (including attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising out of or in connection with any, suit, claim, action, or other proceeding brought against the Advisiahub or such party, to the extent which such a claim, actions or suit is based on or arises from (a) any break of representation, covenant, agreement warranty to be performed by the Advisee according to this Agreement; (b) The Advisee 's refusal to pay for the services provided by Advisee; or (c) any materials which Advisee had posted to Advisiahub.com or transmitted via it or any content on the Advisee 's Website or provided by him/her.

No Assignment

Advisee shall not assign rights as well as obligations according to this Agreement, whether voluntarily or by the operation of law, without prior, written consent of Advisiahub. Any purported assignment by the Advisee without any appropriate early written approval will be null as well as void and of no effect or force.

Agreement Modifications

Advisiahub might change this Agreement or any part of it anytime according to absolute discretion and without any notice. That’s why; Advisee is encouraged to check the all the terms of this Agreement frequently.

Terms for Advisors

Welcome to AdvisiaHub.com, a platform for consulting and advising services. The specific functionalities and features of this website are to be determined completely by AdvisiaHub and can be changed or terminate at any time, for any reason without notice.

This Agreement contains all of the terms and conditions between you ("Advisor") and AdvisiaHub. Your use of Advisiahub.com as an Advisor involves your acceptance of this agreement’s terms and conditions. Being a registered Advisor of AdvisiaHub, it is also a must to agree on the terms of its privacy policy that is incorporated into this Agreement.

Complete Definition of Service

Advisiahub.com provides a platform where an Advisor might present his/her Advisories sells services or advises to the interested users (Advisor) from Advisiahub.com or its affiliates. AdvisiaHub makes no warranty or representation whatsoever as to the ability of Advisee to pay for any advice that is given by the Advisor. However, the payment will be collected in advance of consultations.

Disclaimer of Limitation & Warranty of Liability

The Advisor acknowledges and agrees that advisiahub.com is being provided for a use as is, and that’s why Advisor won’t have any claim, demand, Plea vis-a-vis AdvisiaHub in respect to advisiahub.com’s Advisor, properties, compatibility or limitations with the Advisor's requirements. The use of this website is being made at the Advisor's entire risk accordingly without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, security, non-infringement, accuracy or compatibility.

AdvisiaHub expressly disclaims all information warranties transmitted or posted by its Advisors. If any of the Advisors decides to offer his/her services via the use of advisiahub.com, then Advisor must exercise a good standard of care, at least like as Advisor would in the same transaction that is not conducted via the internet or the mandated care standard by his/her profession.

The Advisor shall not have any, claim, plea or demand against the AdvisiaHub, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, members, shareholders, managers, sub-contractors, employees as well as agents in the respect of any services Advisor decides to offer in the connection with the use of advisiahub.com. Advisiahub won’t consider the recipient or provider of any services acquired via advisiahub.com.

The purchase or sale of services is affected accordingly at the Advisor's sole risk. Under no circumstances will AdvisiaHub, its affiliates, and their respective, directors, officers, shareholders, members, managers, employees, agents and sub-contractors be liable to any of the Advisor for any incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, exemplary or special damages (including but not limited to the loss of business, profits, revenue, data, use or other economic benefit), though it arises, whether in contract’s action, negligence or other action, or arising from the provision of services of this agreement.

Advisiahub and its whole team aggregate liability for direct damages arising with the respect to this agreement won’t exceed the complete amount of money paid to the Advisors via advisiahub.com in the 6 month period that is prior to the claim date arose.

Advisor agrees that AdvisiaHub disclaims any liability with respect to any sort of claim, action or suit brought by an Advisor in connection with the services provided by the Advisor (including, without limitation, representations by him/her as to his/her qualifications as well as advice provided by the Advisor) via the AdvisiaHub service.

The Advisor must agree to indemnify as well as hold AdvisiaHub harmless in the connection with any such claim, damages or expenses happen there from the including legal costs or fees. AdvisiaHub won’t be liable for enforcing any type of agreement that was made between the Advisee and Advisor including the Advisor fee agreement.

The Advisor will be responsible for any type agreement made with Advisor completely. The Advisor further acknowledges that he/she will be responsible as well as liable for any damages to any advisee to whom the Advisor provides services as well as where that Advisor suffers the damages. In the event of a dispute regarding any of the transaction conducted via AdvisiaHub.com, the Advisor hereby releases AdvisiaHub and its whole team from all manner of actions, demands or claims as well as from all losses (indirect, direct, consequential or incidental), damages, costs including, without the limitation, court and attorney's fees that Advisor may have against any of the above.

By submitting the Advisor registration form, you represent, agree and warrant to the following:

Every time the Advisor will provide accurate representation his/her skills, background other information and qualification as a provoked in any form on Advisiahub.com, as well as will update and maintain such information during the Agreement term to keep it true and complete.
You will maintain such qualifications, skills and other information, including the maintenance of your status in a good report as a properly licensed professional in any type of jurisdiction, as may be required by jurisdiction, where the Advisor practice its profession.
You shall not offer advice or perform service in any jurisdiction where you are not licensed or authorized.
You won’t offer or advice, directly or via writings, as to the securities value or as to the investing advisability, selling or purchasing securities, report or any analysis concerning security. You won’t offer advice or any service related to or claiming the success with lottery numbers.
You won’t misrepresent yourself or create a misleading listing or name.
The aforesaid is a continuing affirmative obligation for the Advisor to update and maintain regularly.

Advisor's Conduct

The Advisor will be solely and completely liable for all services, conduct advice, transmissions and posting that are made in the communications via AdvisiaHub.com or under your username and password for AdvisiaHub. You represent, declare and warrant that while you are using this website as an Advisor, you must act according to the below-mentioned rules:

The Advisor will be responsible for the services provided to the Advisor as well as for the verification of Advisors identities, information.
AdvisiaHub is not involved in any type of transactions between Advisee and advisor. AdvisiaHub does not control the accuracy of any postings on website or transmissions via it by Advisor. Moreover, AdvisiaHub will not make any effort to verify Advisor’s identity.
Advisor won’t mislead Advisees to believe that he/she can offer a service that is outside the Advisor's fields of Advisories.
All interactions between Advisee and advisor will be billed via AdvisiaHub in spite of the interaction is offline or online. Advisor agrees to tolerate the pricing terms agreed by the Advisee.
All contact between users who are introduced via AdvisiaHub must be conducted only via the contact details provided mutually on this platform after the booking has been accepted. Exchange of any personal contact information before booking introduced via this platform is strictly prohibited.
Any exchange of the contact information on this website is strictly prohibited. In any case, AdvisiaHub suspects such unauthorized contact, it reserves the right to withhold the payments, levy fines, and terminate service in its absolute discretion.
Advisor won’t take any actions which may disrupt, manipulate or undermine the integrity of the Advisee’s feedback system.
Advisor will not disrupt the Advisiahub.com servers, networks or sites connected to its main Site.
Advisor will not attempt to get unauthorized access to any other operating systems or networks connected to Website as well as won’t transmit "junk mail", or any mass distribution of bulletin board postings or e-mail.
Advisor won’t transmit via website any harassing, libelous, unlawful, privacy invading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, harmful, racist material.
Advisor will not disobey this Agreement or any other instructions conveyed by AdvisiaHub or its officers.
Advisor will not violate any local, state, international or national law, statute, rule, ordinance, regulation or ethical code.
Advisor won’t participate in AdvisiaHub in any manner that is in violation of regulations, code of conduct or rules of his/her current employer(s), including not revealing any confidential or restricted proprietary information.
Advisor will not upload, e-mail, post, or transmit such as (a) any information that infringes a third party right, copyright or intellectual property rights especially; (b) any of the third party advertisements, including the banner exchange services; (c) such software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious application; (d) any information which may constitute that is a criminal offense, civil wrong or violates any applicable law.
Advisor won’t pay to impersonate any person or make any type of false statement regarding his/her employment, affiliation or agency with entity or person.
Advisor won’t stalk and harass Advisor or other Advisees to invade their privacy.
Advisor will not share Advisee’s any personal or professional information to save the Advisee’s privacy.
Advisor agrees to comply with all laws regarding the use of this Site and may not use it to solicit the performance of any illegal activity that infringes the rights of AdvisiaHub. Advisor agrees not to use any software, or routine to interfere with the working of the Website or any person's use of the Site. You may not attempt to get unauthorized access to Site’s any portion or feature by hacking, the password or other illegitimate techniques to get restricted data.
AdvisiaHub may review the Advisor's personal profile and alter any spelling or typing errors. AdvisiaHub may remove or refuse to post in its absolute discretion in part or full any content updated by you. In such case, this site may, but is under no obligation to, inform the Advisor of refusal or removal.

Advisor & Advisor Communication

The main purpose of AdvisiaHub is to give this platform to registered Advisors to provide Advisor with advice that is needed. By utilizing Advisiahub.com, both of our user's Advisors and Advisees can negotiate as well as enter into a contract for the advice. This platform does not edit or screen the content of communications between Advisors and Advisees but may screen, transmit, review and copy all communications conducted by or via Advisiahub.com for the technical support to uphold this assignment terms.

International Users

Modifications & Termination

Advisiahub, in its only discretion and for any of reason, terminate the Advisor’s participation in its website as well as refuse any current or future use by its Advisor.

Termination of Account by the Advisor

The advisor may terminate their Agreement with AdvisiaHub at any time. You may inactivate your own account anytime from within your AdvisiaHub account. Apart from termination, all obligations of Advisor under the Agreement relating to activity prior to the date of termination date shall remain in effect and full force.

Copyright Policy

AdvisiaHub respects all the intellectual property of others, and ask our users to do same. AdvisiaHub may, in appropriate circumstances as well as at its discretion, terminate the account of users who infringe the academic property rights of others.

Limited License

AdvisiaHub grants Advisor a revocable, non-exclusive right to use its platform that Advisor does not copy, create, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble to discover any source code of this Agreement

Indemnification

Advisor shall indemnify, hold and defend harmless Advisiahub and its managers, members, representatives, employees, affiliates and agents against any losses, suits, damages, judgments, costs (including attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising out of or in connection with any, suit, claim, action, or other proceeding brought against the Advisiahub or such party, to the extent which such a claim, actions or suit is based on or arises from (a) any break of representation, covenant, agreement warranty to be performed by the Advisor according to this Agreement; (b) The Advisor 's refusal to pay for the services; or (c) any materials which Advisor had posted to Advisiahub.com or transmitted via it or any content on the Advisor 's Website or provided by him/her.

No Assignment

Advisor won’t assign his/her rights and obligations as per this Agreement, whether voluntarily or by the operation of law, without the main, written consent of AdvisiaHub. Any professed assignment by Advisor without appropriate written approval will be void and null.

Modifications to the Agreement

AdvisiaHub may change this Agreement without notice by posting modifications on its website. Unless specified by the AdvisiaHub, all modifications will be effective upon the posting. That’s why the Advisor is encouraged to check the Agreement’s term frequently. By using the service after the changes become effective, the Advisor agrees to be bound by these Agreement Changes. If you are not agreeing to the changes, you may terminate access to the participation in AdvisiaHub services and its website by following procedures set forth above.

Violation

The Advisor may report any violation regarding this Agreement by contacting us.
